Return Policy

We want you to love your Olea purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a promotional code was used, your refund or gift card amount will be prorated based on the discounted item(s).

To initiate a return, please email hello@oleaskin.com with the subject line “Return” to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of the invoice date. In your email, please specify whether the product has been opened or remains sealed.

Clearly and visibly write the RA# that is sent back to you on the outside of your return package. Packages without a visible RA# will not be opened and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Place the products in their original packaging, then secure them inside a shipping envelope.

Return shipping is not refundable.

Purchases that meet the return guidelines will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Purchases received outside of these Return Policy guidelines will not be refunded and will not be mailed back.
